Pre-assembled 24 Vdc/120 Vdc digital or analogue output cable for connecting a Trusted TMR output module to an internal Field Termination Assembly (FTA). Available in LSZH (-02) or UL certified (-03) jacket, with custom lengths specified in 0.5 m increments.

A: Unlike simple input cables, the TC-205 uses three multi-core cables. The primary cable carries 40 channels of output signals to the FTA. Cable 2 (with a 5-way BLZF connector) manages the field power return path, while Cable 3 (with a 6-way AMP plug) supplies power from a T8290 or T8297 unit to the field. Proper 0 V reference wiring is essential for the module to accurately measure its output voltage.

Q: Can I use this cable if the FTA is in a different cabinet bay?
A: No. The TC-205 is defined as an internal cable, designed for connections within the same or adjacent enclosures. If the FTA is in a separate, remote enclosure, you must use the TC-207 (External) cable, which has additional protective features for inter-cabinet routing.

Q: What happens if I need a cable longer than 15 meters?
A: While lengths greater than 15 m can be manufactured upon request, it does not recommend it. Exceeding this maximum recommended distance can lead to issues such as significant voltage drop, signal offset, increased crosstalk, and electrical noise, which may compromise the safety system's reliability.
