Does the DCF803-0035 require an external synchronization signal? A: No. The unit features its own internal synchronization circuit on the SDCS-FEX-4 board. This allows it to be supplied from an independent mains network or a separate transformer without losing phase lock. Can it be wired in a single-phase configuration? A: Yes. While optimized for 3-phase supplies (up to 500 VAC), the internal SDCS-FEX-4 hardware can support single-phase connections (up to 600 VAC) depending on the configuration and firmware parameter setup
